Yes, however if you have oily hair I recommend

that you use with discretion to prevent build-up on your scalp.

Yes they are - I do not recommend exposing children under the age of 2 years to these products.

Why is my oil solid/hardened? What do I do?

It is completely natural for an oil to crystallize and harden into a butter like consistency. Run under warm water. (OR) Remove glass dropper (top) and warm in microwave on LOW for 10-15 seconds then shake. (Repeat as many times necessary.)
